To strengthen our Audax Solution sales network, we are looking for an Account Light and Gas – Retail 🎯

Your responsibilities:
In coordination with your Area Sales Manager, you will be in charge of:

Business development

Acquiring new clients through prospecting activities in the territory

Achieving assigned targets in terms of new contracts, turnover, and profitability

Managing tenders or electronic auctions (including in the Public Administration sector), as instructed by the Manager

Client portfolio management

Maintaining and developing the client portfolio through regular visits, trust-based relationships, and constant support

Monitoring key KPIs (Appointments, Contract status, and Post-sales) using CRM and data analysis tools

Updating daily and monthly reports, sharing best practices, analyses, and development ideas with the team

Planning and collaboration

Planning your monthly agenda

Actively participating in area meetings, contributing with ideas, experiences, and team spirit

Who we are looking for
We are looking for passionate, goal-oriented individuals eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Essential requirements
At least 3 years of experience in direct sales (preferably in B2B or B2C channels)

Operational autonomy and organizational skills

Strong result orientation

Assertiveness, empathy, and negotiation skills

Required skills
Ability to work towards goals and as part of a team

Accuracy in updating files, reports, and CRM

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness for self-learning and continuous improvement
