TELCO PRODUCT PROJECT MANAGER

As part of a strategy to expand and diversify our offering, we are looking for a Project Manager to launch and manage our new Telco product, which is scheduled to go on sale in 2026.

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project in all its phases, ensuring the coordination of the company departments involved and the management of external partners, in accordance with deadlines, quality and strategic objectives.

 

Main responsibilities

•    Project management for the launch of the Telco product, ensuring compliance with project milestones

•    Definition of the commercial offer, pricing for the end customer and communication guidelines

•    Designing the commissioning model and defining the commercial model for direct and indirect channels

• Coordination of key business functions throughout the customer journey (Sales, Operations, IT), ensuring process integration and end-to-end quality

• Monitoring and continuous improvement of operational processes and customer experience

• Management of relationships with TLC providers, including operational, contractual and governance aspects

 

Requirements

•    Proven experience in project management roles, preferably gained in telco, energy or complex services contexts

•    Knowledge of go-to-market processes, offer definition and pricing models

•    Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

•    Ability to operate in structured contexts with highly complex projects
